I just got back from watching the movie Prometheus and I just had to mention it here. It is an amazing movie! Seriously, EVERYONE must see it! It is not just your typical sci-fi movie. It does have a lot of sci-fi elements to it but only because it takes place in the near future. I do not want to give away too much of the story but the just of it is a group of scientists/researchers travel to a distant planet in order to make contact with a race of beings who they believe are the “engineers” of mankind. They stumble onto lots of things and get involved in the usual amount of action you’d expect from such a film. Go see it! I promise it won’t disappoint. :-)
